A BILL making a supplementary appropriation out of moneys,

remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-five, to the division of public safety "former" account no. 5700, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 0453, fiscal year 1995, organization 0612, supplementing and amending chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, known as the budget bill, by adding thereto a new line item of appropriation.

Whereas, It appears that there remains an unappropriate balance in the general revenue fund available for appropriation during the fiscal year 1994-95, a part of which balance is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation to "Former" account no, 5700,
"WVFIMS" account no. fund 0453, fiscal year 1995, organization 0612, division of public safety, for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-five, as appropriated by chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, known as the budget bill, be supplemented and amended by adding thereto a new line item to thereafter read as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation is to supplement and amend this account in the budget bill for fiscal year 1994-95, by adding a new line item of appropriation in the amount of one hundred fifty thousand dollars, to be available for expenditure upon the passage of the bill.
